Our Services

I love helping families here in Arlington,Texas and DFW area turn their houses into homes they’re actually proud of. If you’re getting ready to sell, I can help with occupied staging to make sure your home looks its best for photos and open houses. If you’re staying put, we can do a redesign where I use the furniture and pieces you already have to give your rooms that finished look you’ve been wanting.

For the DIYer who just needs a plan to follow, I create custom mood boards with shoppable links so you can pull the room together on your own time. I also work with short-term rental owners to get their properties guest-ready, and I’m always happy to help with color consultations or taking the holiday decorating off your plate. My goal is simple: I want your home to look great, but it also needs to work for your real life

Our Process

First Step: Discovery Call

Every great project starts with a simple conversation. Since every home and every family is different, I start things off with a free 15-minute discovery call to make sure I’m the right person for your project.

Let’s be honest: every stylist has a different way of working, and I want to make sure my approach fits what you’re looking for before we get started. During our chat, we’ll go through a few quick questions to figure out exactly what you need and talk through my transparent pricing. We’ll also look at your timeline and my current schedule to see how we can make it work. It’s just an easy, no pressure way for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good match for your project.

A bedroom with a large bed, nightstands with lamps, artwork, a dresser with a mirror, and a chandelier overhead.
Decorative wall with three mounted metal planters holding green and gray plants, mirrored bathroom walls, and a black granite countertop with soap, a bowl of cookies, and glass jars containing white items.
A decorative tray with a glass bowl of yellow faux flowers, a wooden sphere, a smaller wooden ball, and a stack of magazines on a table.
Two black metal twin beds with white bedding and gray and yellow pillows in a light blue bedroom with wall art, a small wooden nightstand, and wall-mounted lights.

Ready to get started? Whether you need a quick color consult, occupied staging, or a full redesign of your house, every project starts with an in-home Walk and Talk Consultation.

This session is all about giving you expert, objective advice on how to make your space actually work for you. We’ll walk through your home together and figure out exactly what it needs to look finished and feel right.

The initial consultation fee is $250. If you decide to move forward with a full project, that $250 is credited right back toward your total cost. (If you’d like a written summary of everything we talked about to keep as a checklist, that’s an additional $100). It’s the best way to get a professional plan in place so we can get to work on your home.

Second Step: Consultation

Occupied Staging Packages:

Preparing a house for the market is a lot of work. My goal is to take that off your plate and get your home photo ready using the furniture and decor you already own.

The $450 Package (Up to 4 Hours):

This is perfect for focusing on the "Big Three" high-impact areas that buyers notice first. We’ll spend our time styling:

  • The Kitchen: Clearing the counters and organizing for a clean, functional look.

  • The Main Living Area: Rearranging furniture to improve the flow and make the space feel larger.

  • The Primary Suite: Adding those finishing touches to the bedroom and bath for a refreshed feel.

The $650 Package (Up to 6 Hours):

If you have a larger home or more rooms that need attention, this gives us the extra time to go deeper. In addition to the main living areas, we can tackle:

  • Dining Areas & Entryways: Making sure the first thing buyers see is welcoming.

  • Additional Bedrooms or Office: Styling the "extra" spaces so they have a clear purpose.

  • The "Full House" Refresh: This allows us to clear the visual noise in almost every corner of the home, ensuring a consistent look for your listing photos.

Color Consultation | $250

Picking the right paint colors is harder than it looks, and those tiny chips at the hardware store never look the same once they’re on your walls. A Color Consultation is a 2-hour session designed to take the guesswork out of the process and make sure your home feels cohesive from room to room.

What we’ll do during our 2 hours together:

  • Lighting & Layout: We’ll look at your home’s natural light and your existing "fixed" elements—like your flooring, countertops, and cabinets—to make sure the colors we pick actually work in your space.

  • The Full Palette: I’ll help you choose the right shades for your walls, trim, and ceilings so everything flows together perfectly.

  • Beyond the Paint: We won’t just stop at the walls. We’ll make sure your new palette coordinates with your furniture, rugs, and fabrics for a finished look.

By the end of our session, you’ll have a professional plan and the confidence to start painting without worrying about undertones or "oops" colors.

New Build Design | Hybrid Pricing Model

Building a custom home is a long process, and I’m there to support you through every stage. I use a hybrid pricing model to keep things transparent: we start with a set Design Fee for the initial project phase, then move to a $125 hourly rate for on-site support and final touches.

How we work together from start to finish:

  • The Design Blueprint: We start with custom mood boards for the entire home. This serves as our visual guide so every choice we make feels cohesive.

  • Showroom & Material Sourcing: You don’t have to wander through tile shops alone. I visit the showrooms to source everything flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances, ensuring every selection fits the plan.

  • The Hand Off: Once I’ve turned over the complete design plan and material specs to your builder, we transition to my hourly rate for the remainder of the project.

  • On-Site Advocacy & Adjustments: I’ll be there for site visits and walk-throughs to make sure everything is being executed correctly. If we need to make adjustments along the way or do extra shopping for those final details, I’m available to handle it all for you.

I stay in constant communication with you and the builder from groundbreaking until move-in day, making sure your new home is exactly what you envisioned.
