Let’s be honest: every designer has a different style and approach, and it is important that our visions align before we dive in. During our time together, we will walk through a brief questionnaire to define the scope of your project, identify exactly which services you need, and discuss transparent pricing. We’ll also talk through your ideal timeline and my current scheduling availability to make sure we can hit the ground running. It’s a low-pressure way for us to get to know each other and see if we can create something amazing together.
Walk and Talk Consultation

Whether you need a simple Color Consult, Occupied Home Staging, a hands-on Designer for a Day service, comprehensive New Build Design, or complete Redesigning of a room or whole house, every successful project starts with our intensive in-home Walk and Talk consultation. This initial session is specifically crafted to equip you with objective, expert advice. We will thoroughly assess your space to unlock its full potential, creating an inviting atmosphere that resonates sophistication and charm. Please note: The required initial consultation fee is $250. If you decide to proceed with a full Interiors By Amanda project, this $250 fee will be directly credited toward your total project cost.

The service involves an in-depth assessment of your home's lighting and existing fixed elements to ensure colors look great all day. I guide you in selecting the perfect hues for walls, ceilings, and trim, offering expert advice on color theory principles like undertones and saturation to achieve your desired atmosphere and a harmonious flow between rooms. Crucially, the consultation also includes coordinating all other key elements, such as choosing complementary fabrics (upholstery, drapery) and matching surface materials (tile, finishes, rugs) to the overall palette. New Build Design
Starting at $125 an hour:
We serve as your dedicated design advocate throughout the entire new build process, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to completion by being present for all crucial build site and model home visits. We manage and communicate the project’s progress, keeping you fully updated on every phase. Our service eliminates decision fatigue by providing expertly curated mood boards that serve as the design blueprint for the entire home, allowing us to confidently move through the rigorous selection process, which includes defining all paint colors, plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, lighting, and appliance specifications, ultimately delivering a cohesive and beautifully finished custom home.
Holiday Design
Starting at $125 an hour:
Our professional design concepts and services can help you achieve a stress-free Christmas, all within your budget. Whether you need your home decorated for just your family or a grand Christmas gala, we can deliver stunning designs tailored to your specific needs and style. Choose from a variety of options, including custom designs that perfectly fit your vision. We also offer takedown (For an additional fee) and redesign, allowing us to seamlessly integrate your existing holiday decorations with our creations to achieve the ultimate "wow" factor this holiday season.
