If you have a larger home or more rooms that need attention, this gives us the extra time to go deeper. In addition to the main living areas, we can tackle:

  • Dining Areas & Entryways: Making sure the first thing buyers see is welcoming.

  • Additional Bedrooms or Office: Styling the "extra" spaces so they have a clear purpose.

  • The "Full House" Refresh: This allows us to clear the visual noise in almost every corner of the home, ensuring a consistent look for your listing photos.

Investment: $1,450 (Perfect for larger homes or homeowners want a hands off and reveal.)

This package is positioned as the "hands-off" luxury experience for the homeowner. They leave the house, and we work the magic.

  • A Two-Person Professional Crew: Amanda plus a professional assistant to ensure efficiency and handle furniture rearranging. Up to 8 hours of intensive on-site styling.

  • Total Home Coverage: We address every room in the house (up to 4,000 sq. ft.—anything larger will be a custom quote).

  • The "Heavy Lifting": We handle the physical rearranging of furniture, rug placement, and art adjustments that a homeowner might struggle with.

  • Detailed Propping: Use of the homeowner’s hidden "treasures"—we shop your closets and cabinets to find the perfect styling pieces you forgot you had.

  • Open House Ready: We don't just stage; we prep. We leave the home in "show-ready" condition, including lighting and scent suggestions for the first tour.
